Creating a change order in the field is easy! A change order is initiated by simply adding scope to a live project. Simply click the plus button at the top right, mark the plans, and provide details about the additional scope. When you hit save, if this project is live, it will ask you to '“add it to a change order.” Now, it will go into a draft state where another team member can estimate, finalize and send it to the client.
