What changed for the better since switching to Materio?

Our communication with clients has been expedited with the ability to quickly send options to them for approval.  As well, a majority of the furniture we spec is custom and Materio has made it incredibly easy for us to upload custom selections and edit changes as needed. 

What were you using before to keep your design projects organized? 

We used a combination of Ivy and custom spreadsheets. Materio has allowed us the comfort of quickly collaborating knowing we are all working off the same, latest version.  

What are your favorite features or workflows in Materio and why? 

It's hard to narrow it down, everything is so well integrated. 

Some features that are top of mind: the timeline feature- this helps our firm stay on track with making selections while also allowing us to track shipment dates. 

Time billing/invoicing is clear and concise giving us more time to focus on more important tasks.

Above all the "scope" feature is killer, it allows everyone to see all selections or proposed selections in one place, you can tag selections on your floor plans making it easy for team members and more importantly clients to see exactly where you are proposing it.
